Straight BS companies always say they care about their staff but something like this going on with the CoronaVirus shows there true colors.

How can you say you care about staff, when you ask the staff to screen the patients and be the first to get exposed to the virus... WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE to take care of our Families if something happens to us?! DO you really think going around the clinics asking IF We're OK makes us feel better? People do what they say....

Our front desk manager doesn't even believe in the virus, so I truly do not feel safe. They don't even screen our patients correctly. Don't lie to us and say that all measures are being followed when some or your managers/supervisors don't even believe in the virus.

This is potential for law suits. Knowingly putting people at risk. Is UCSF waiting for one of us to test positive before you close. Heard there may be already possibly infected staff.

This is irresponsible behavior on the part of ucsf health. We are steepening the curve not flattening. This will lead to innundated critical care units.

We're the highest risk group to carry the disease. I don't even know if i'll go home for spring break, because I don't want to potentially expose my 86 yr old grandmother.
We already worked through the Santa Rosa fires, and that just killed my asthma. It'd be nice to come out of dental school in one piece.

My parents are both elderly with additional COVID-19 risk factors. I want there to be an available hospital bed and ventilator when my mom or dad needs it.

Concerning that students and faculty are being exposed to high risk factors while administration stays in their offices.

The SOD has substandard screening protocols in place (e.g. no staff checking patients' temperature upon arrival, inadequate amounts of hand sanitizing stations, etc.)

It really is a necessary action to protect those who are elderly, immunocompromised, or have undiagnosed conditions that can severely affect their health.
