My son has been diagnosed with an allergy to sun light. He is no longer aloud to go outside. I also run daycare for the FCC and it is mantory that all children go outside. Since my son's diagnoses we have been trying to get our back yard completely covered so he can be a normal kid and I can continue to provide care for our military families. The Rising View office will not alow us to get our yard covered because it is not fair to the other tenants. This is not for us and our leaser this is for a little one and half year old boy to have part of a normal life. Please help by signing this potition for the rights of a child who can not speak for himself and his parents who have done all they can but have run out of options. Please allow us to put a cover over our yard to protect my son from any further harm.
