Almost all of our undergraduate feedback has been delayed or ridiculously late. Unlike most universities Coventry University implements a no tolerance policy on late work, thus meaning if our work is even 1 minute late we receive 0% for that work. This applies not only to coursework but to group presentations as well. It is therefore very important and a huge stressor for most psychology undergraduates to get their work in on time. What is not appreciated is the fact that once the work has been submitted, the deadlines set by the lecturers are not adhered to. This means we do not know when we are going to get our coursework grades back and it gives us less time to write the next essay after reading the comments from the previous essay. It is not even the turn around that is such a big issue but that the dates set by lecturers are not adhered to which is very misleading. Whilst we can let it pass once or twice this is becoming routine which is simply not fair considering the £9000 a year fees.
