On 8th November 2008 Amy Leigh Barnes was fatally murdered at her grand mothers in Bolton. Her fiancee Ricardo Morrison who was not at home when the offence occurred had been tried and wrongfully convicted for her murder. The mother of Miss Barnes contacted Ricardo's mother approximately half and hour after the crime. The police failed to ascertain from her as to how/where did she obtain the his mothers phone number from. The forensic officers found UNKNOWN FEMALE BLOOD in the bathroom along with a male DNA and BLOODY hand print. The father of Miss Barnes was taken first to his place of work then home by the police to change his BLOODIED clothes. No explanation as to how the BLOOD came to be on his clothes, all that was said . is that he found her. There is a 999 call from an UNKNOWN FEMALE to the ambulance service, she terminated her call when the operator ask for her name. Andrew Barnes could be heard talking to another person, he mentioned that he was on the iphone. His statement and explanation are very conflicting. The Greater Manchester police denied that there was any other phone. Phones and money have gone missing form the crime scene. Miss Barnes has several lovers whom she would be involved with while Ricardo was at work 5/6 days of the week. Because her lover such as Benny McCarthy, Danny Simpson, Ibu Sonko, Nathan Eccleston and others were playing in Premiership football clubs their alibis were accepted even though they had time to come up with one. The forensic reports state that there is nothing linking Ricardo Morrison to the death of Miss Barnes, but this information was never presented to the court. The witness Purcell changed his evedence in court, he then shook the hand of Mr Ricardo's father and sid he was sorry as Ricardo was not the person he saw. The FEMALE BLOOD that was found suggest that the person sustain an injury as well. All Amy's injuries were to the right side of her body which makes it clear that a LEFT HANDED FEMALE killed AMy. We would like a full judicial review of the case and all the information that the police with held and all tose who lied to be held accountable for this grave injustice that has been done.
