My brother was killed in a motorcycle/semi accident. I have also seen pictures the same way. Those photos will never stop haunting me!! I am truly sorry for your loss. What a wonderful way to help protect your family and other families.

This is utterly devastating for an individual to see photos or to find out through the news, the internet, or FB. I learned of my brother's death by the news.

Lost my husband 2/13 to a fatal accident I was blessed not to see the pictures. Only because a dear friend had them pulled. This is such an invasion of someone's private hell. I hope Courtney's Law soars! RIP

So sorry for you and your family. My 15 year old daughter and er est friend died in a car accident October 2013. I saw the car on the local news. Very devastating if you ave made the choice to not see the ar.

We went through a similar experience when our daughter passed due to a hit and run in LA in 2010. Much of what I read and saw stilncourage everyone to sign this petition .

I totally agree. There are too many graphic photos used on the news or on social sites that go way past being an intrusion. We need to have a little respect for the victims and their families.
