Professor Stewart's course was as interesting as it was well taught. It offered a fascinating perspective on the crisis of modernity and new perspectives on Socrates. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would love to see another course from Professor Stewart and the team.

I have been enormously impressed with Prof. Stewart's lectures and the overall course structure. I would love to take another course with Prof. Stewart (might I suggest something on Hegel?). I have been so impressed that I am now reading Prof. Stewart's book on Hegel's Phenomenology and plan to read his book on Kierkegaard and Hegel. This course has been tremendously insightful in highlighting the enormous influence of Socrates on Kierkegaard's thought as well as in contrasting Kierkegaard's thought with Hegel and pointing to how modern Kierkegaard's thought is and how it speaks to our current condition. Prof. Stewart is a brilliant teacher and scholar and I can't wait to take another course with him.

I like course teached by Dr Ron Stewart about Kierkegaard :)

The course is my second online course, I am realy glad that I inscribed, although I have another course at the same time and I therefore dont have the time I would like to have. I read already some works of Plato befor, because I am learning ancient greek for two years(as hobby). The presentation is very clear, and the subtitles help to understand. Im trying to write the essay, althought I never wrote one in my live. I have a Degree in Engineering and was working without the necessarity to write in Englich Regrettably, my English-Lessons at school have been 30 years ago...

He's (prof Stewart) good. Learned a lot. I got into it.

The study of philosophy is an entirely new academic subject for me; I am learning it in my sunset years. Professor Stewart is simply outstanding in his presentations. I am simply bowled over by the beautiful settings in which the lectures are presented. I have enrolled in over 30 courses on Coursera and edX already, but have found this course the best one so far. I know it must be a lot of work and effort on the part of the professor and his staff, but I, for one, would love to enroll in another one of his courses, but on another topic or philosopher, please. Another Kierkegaard course with Jon Stewart, please. How could anybody go back to a Hegelian system of thought having been set free in unique subjectivity - "hiin Enkelte"?

I have spent time alone studying Kierkegaard and his contemporaries. This course gave me a better understanding of the many subtleties in his work and its relevance for me and my time. (Does Jon teach Nietzsche's life and work? If so, sign me up.) Exceptionally well done by both Coursera and the University of Copenhagen!

I have audited many courses at Coursera, and Dr. Stewart's Kierkegaard course is my favourite thus far. The clarity of the presentations and the beautiful settings of the lectures has inspired me to continue reading Kierkegaard and other philosophers. I would definitely be interested in future course offerings by Dr. Stewart and colleagues.
