Wonderfull course. So well presented and produced. It would be interesting one about Hegel or about the "Golden Age" period in Denmark.

It was a great learning experience. The whole course and each of the lectures were so well structured and well-presented, simply GREAT!

This was my first Coursera course and I was very impressed with the way the information was presented and structured in this course. I felt the level of penetration into the subject was just right and there was ample opportunity to delve deeper into the subject for those with the time and inclination. I found I looked forward to each of the lectures and truly enjoyed them. It was a great class!

Great content, great delivery, great course.

Excellent course. One of the best I've done on Coursera. Particularly enjoyed Dr Stewart setting Kierkegaard in an historical and biographical, as well as local geographical context. Intellectual history doesn't have to be about the 'Ideas' removed from context, however interesting the thinker's ideas are 'in-themselves'. How about Hegel next? A little (!) positive to balance out the 'negative'. You 'know' it's right. Thanks to the team as well. And well done to the University of Copenhagen.

Loved this course and wish I had had time to do the essay. Can I put in a vote for Husserl? Or an examination of Eliot's Ash Wednesday? There are several lines that strongly suggest a kierkegaardian (?) influence. Yes, I suppose I should just google. Anyway, thematically they seem right up each other's alley, and it might be quite engaging. Thanks so much for a wonderful course.

Wonderful course, right up there with Know Thyself(which I wish I had finished), Think Again and A Beginner's Guide to Irrational Behaviour (which I have finished& have gotten the certificates for).

I've enjoyed this class very much and learned a great deal, even though I'd read Kierkegaard before and taken other philosophy classes. I would definitely enjoy learning from another Jon Stewart course.
