I am Chuck Smith, a 41-year lawyer practicing law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I know enough about the United States Constitution and its laws thereunder to know that every vote is important to a nation built on democracy, and the rule of law. I have represented thousands of cases of people from all walks of life, lifestyles, and occupations who also believe that their faith in the credibility and legitimacy of government begins with the integrity of their vote. Voting is a responsibility, and responsibility is counting every legal vote.
The 2020 Elections in Virginia saw a record number of people turn out to vote. What we also saw was a record amount of fraud in both our Commonwealth and our Country. Our Constitution and our laws dictate and determine that we MUST have free, fair, and transparent elections; and, 2020 has been anything but.
I am calling on our leaders and all citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia to DEMAND that there is an audit of each vote, in accordance with our laws. We should be able to have time to investigate discrepancies, resolve issues, and ensure that only those votes legally cast are counted. Will you join me in demanding this action?

We are approaching the one hundred signature mark which serves as the threshold for my formal submission to the board of elections. Please redirect your efforts toward local precinct chairpersons to ensure they receive our petition before the next legislative briefing.

Recount all legal ballots and let republican observers in the same room. Also double check signatures for mail in ballots!
Please Audit and count all LEGAL votes so we can move forward with confidence and faith that OUR votes weren't disenfranchised with illegitimate votes. Transparency is key to the integrity of elections. Every party should welcome this to restore confidence for future elections.
Every American deserves an honest and fair election as well as leaders who listen. If there is no fraud then there should be no problem with an audit of the votes.
Trust in government is really falling by the wayside, sadly. An audit will give us some reassurance of legitimacy.
I worked the polls in a heavy Democrat precinct and the support for President Trump was astonishing! Audit Virginia!

An audit should be done. Virginia was called too early on election night and I've heard people state their votes were not counted . In light of the fraud in other states, it's in the best interest of our own state to provide an audit.
