The right of every person on moral, spiritual and objective public information in the media is something that the state and society must provide. In this regard strategies of cultural politics in the media should be created. The question of what cultural patterns, from the area of politics, film, music, and life in general, are propagating in the media must not only be issue of the market trends (as it is neither in education), but a clear national cultural policy based on the opinions of experts and all interested and competent. The issue of freedom of expression is inviolable, to the extent that it does not destroy the freedoms and rights of others. Will in the media be baned and controled: hate speech, verbal abuse, kitsch, destructive fun, one-sided propaganda, chauvinism, promotion of the conflict, biased information, prejudicing work of the judiciary - is connected to the future of society and fulfillment of the basic human rights of every citizen. It is also connected to the human right on the protection against such occurrences and the question of creating a responsible and progressive cultural policies. This policy needs, as the educational system in whole,  to determine the value system, which should lead to a better society.

Government should establish a National Council for the Monitoring of Media Programs for selection, implementation and control of cultural policy in the media, with the sanctioning of hate speech, verbal abuse, kitsch, creating an atmosphere of conflict and so on. Media programs should be based on values ​​such as love, spirituality, solidarity, and other democratic values​​, which will run through educational, informative and entertaining feature of the media.
