We, the undersigned, petition District 17 Council Member Sandra Moore, the entire Metro Council body, and Mayor Dean to pass the SP zoning case 2015SP-03-001, also known as the Cottages of Southview located at 1056 2nd Ave. S. in the Chestnut Hill area. The developer has successfully built many attainable housing units in the area and this project continues that theme. This project was conceived in cooperation with the community, as well as the Planning Department, and ultimately approved unanimously by the Planning Commission on March 12, 2015.
