This is a terrible idea
The traffic and density impacts would overwhelm the community and reduce property values as well as destroy one of the few green spaces still left on the bay.,

We do not want the RV Resort or renamed the Cottages in the Cays because it would have a negative impact to our community. This type of business has no validity to a residential area. The traffic it would cause, noise, trespassers, and non-residents brought into our community is not wanted. We are strongly saying NO to this Project! We would like a natural bird sanctuary or park built on this property. An extension of the existing Grand Caribe Park should be considered.

I am AGAINST the mobile cottages at the land at the end of the Cays that is next to the Ocean. That should be a park not 20 years from now, it should be a park now! The cays residents will be affected by the increase of traffic, lack of infrastructure and insecurity the cottages will bring to our community,

The addition of the "cottages" will be a burden to our streets, parking, traffic, trucks and the probability of more crime because of easy access to the Cays. We have lived here over 35 years and we are definitely against the approval of the cottages. Thank you.

I am abosulutly against proposed RV development.
We need more open space like PARK AREA.
We need to preserve what little land we still have.
Don’t need traffic, delivery tracks, and all that goes along with the hotel / cottage rentals.
I vote BIG NO !!! To this proposed RV development.
