The momentum behind our fight to keep the local police department is undeniable. Now is the time to turn this energy into action by emailing the Town Board members today.

I feel safer knowing our own guys are patrolling. Dont change what works!!
We already pay enough in taxes. Keep the local force they actually know our streets.
Keep our local officers where they belong. We dont need the sheriffs department taking over everything.
Why mess with a good thing. Leave the department as is.
Cottage grove needs to stay small town. Sheriff wont care about our little issues like the local dept does.

Ridiculous idea to get rid of them. They respond fast and keep us safe. Leave it alone.
