Costa Rica, don't export that stockpile of hammerhead shark fins

I am a scuba diver and hope to join an expedition to dive at Cocos island one day. However I will never do so until Costa Rica puts conservation before profit. Stop the stockpiling of fins and permanently commit to banning all trade in shark products. Enforce the regulations and impose heavy penalties on the lawbreakers. Only then will I spend the several thousand dollars it costs to visit Cocos

I will not visit Costa Rica again if the ban is lifted or fins are exported.

Please stand up for sharks. Don't let these fins be exported

Such damage done to ocean life in complete disregard for its value.
