We the undersigned members representing 25% or more of Cortaro Ranch Home Owners Association per ARS33-1813, hereby petition that the Board of Directors set the earliest resonable date for a Special Meeting for the purpose of removing the following board members:
Matthew (Ethan) Macleod
Mark Sprouls
Stephen Dotson
Jamie Ruiz
and holding an election for replacement board members after the event of removal is completed.
