i live in pasco county fl since 2009 and nov3,2009 i chose to leavemy 1yr old sons dad so i wouldn't expose him and my 3yr old daughter to domestic violence and while i was inside the court house, 2 security guards picked up my children while i was at the counter waiting for the notery to stamp my paperwork at 4:30 pm..I was never assigned a caseworker but at tpr trial a woman Jill Bopp appeared claiming she was my caseworker..I completed weekly clean ua's, DV group, Co dependency, 5 dfferent DR evaluations (each said same thing, anxioty disorder-which i've had since childhood..1st parenting teacher said under completion to retake another parenting class because she feels i love my children too much..I had all these classes done within 4 months plus a hair sample going back 1 yr...i was tpred without reason or explanation..my children are seperated since 09..my son's still in pasco county fl in foster care and my daughter with her deceased daddy's mother in AZ, the state i moved from with my son's father..In my tpr notes the judge William Webb said domestic violence exposure..BUT, my children were removed while doing whatever i had to do to avoid my 2 children to be exposed to domestic violence..I'm trying to motion the court to reopen my case and i need to go before the same judge with the same completions..HOW DO I WIN MY CASE???
