What is your number . I'm trying to get people to come forward with their stories. I am filing complaints and need others to voice their concerns on how their cases are being handled.

My child was wrongfully taken based only on one cps person on a power trip. No drugs, clean house, happy healthy child. Now my 3 yro son is withdrawn, quiet, doesnt take pleasure in things, dirty every time i see him, never in his own clothes, and has ringworm!! Eckerd took over and isnt helping. Eckerd, YFA, amd Pasco Co CPS are corrupt and perpetrate a viscious cycle without ever investigating!!

Stop the corruption!!

I took had my son taken from me when I lived in Florida by Judge Webb. I complied with all the parenting plans and everything they asked me to do but they always came up with another reason i couldnt get him back. The case worker did nothing to help me regain custody of my child. I was sent for an evaluation and drug tested and passed the drug test. The counselor then twisted a question he asked me about having ever taken prescription medication prescribed by a doctor and of course i said yes. If a doctor prescribed me medication i took it. He twisted his report and said i was taking prescription medication although i havent seen a doctor in years. Yet i passed every random drug test imagine that. I finally had to contact the governors office in Tallahassee to start and interstate transfer to have my child transferred from florida to pennsylvania to his grandparents to keep him out of florida foster care system. I still never got my child back as Judge Webb terminated my parental rights. They were stripped from me while under duress. This was back in 2002 since then i have had contact with my son through his grandparents who have guardianship on and off when they arent twisting his head and telling him horrible things about me. My son just spent this past summer with me for a month and he wants out of their house. His father passed away three years ago and im his only surviving parent. My son is treated like a slave in their home being mentally abused and has not been to a doctor in a few years. They do not take care of his health or well being. I have tried filing a report with Children services in the state he lives in but his step grandfather is in politics and has friends in high places in children and youth so it was all swept under the rug. My son is now 16 and will be 17 in may. He wants to live with me and his sister who is 21 but the grandparents and I are not on speaking terms and havent been for quite some time. My son is not allowed to talk to his sister

we MUST unite!!! any and all responsible parties must be held accountable. I am willing and able to advocate and help this cause. These systems are corrupt and flawed beyond belief and the brutality and destructive methods must be brought to light. Don't be fooled by the title of non-profit!!! fore it can and will be proven that this is all in the name of profit and is human trafficking at it's finest... If this isn't a true cause to save humanity than I am no longer human....

Need and investigation asap.

Judge Webb is not fair and ekkard community don't care about the family's and children they just care about adopting children out to make money well taking children from there mother's and fathers mentally hurts them and emotionally messes everyone up so maybe they should quit being greedy about money and think of how they would feel if there family's were ripped apart.

Attn.like Arnelle Strand..are dirty And she some how has judges in her pocket. .in pasco county They all need to go ..clean house!

The same happened to me. Beware of leap forward academy in Tarpon Springs. They are using children for power and money. They neglect my child that I trusted them with because I was new to the area and no close family members. They refuse visits and go against court order visitation. Their excuse to punish my child was because they claimed their grandson was dying. Who believes in Karma.

My children and I are victim's of judge William webb, I'm continuing making copies of my paperwork that sounds like a circus, telling me I love my children too much and there having difficulty accepting a gardian as a parent..my case was in 2009, exactly 5 months after coming to New Port richey. .I'm filing motions in Tallahassee and Washington supreme courts..

Despite our finished case plans,and because a fster mom wanted to adopt my baby..sherri Smith yates with pasco e c a terminated our rights..used every exuce.lied on trial.and the dumb moronic..devil webb beleived her..and the gal who was a complete joke.i never met her or did visit with her..determined our rights should be tpr ..judge don't care only listens to cw..and they're no jury or your ppl don't even get supeonas to appear in trial.its a one way st not fair..still u don't get anywhere but a lose of a baby who wasn't abused..they knew she come from a happy clean house..family.cause she cooed smiled brightly.alert baby..ty kerry

They took my 2 daughters and have deprived me my parental rights. I haven't been able to see my kids for a year!
