I live in Boone County. But drive through everyday for work, I've seen so many close calls accident waiting to happen.

Childress has a light ,less people killed at that intersection than brounland.

I've lived in LC since I was born.. And SO MANY people die at that intersection. A stop light should've been put up YEARS AGO!

My brother almost lost his life at that intersection and that’s been over 20 years ago. So many life’s since and before has been lost. This is way over due!!!

To many of my Close Friends have gotten KILLED or mangled at this crossing and one of these days, a school bus loaded with kids is going to be involved. WE NEED THAT LIGHT!

My siblings and I will not let our mother drive anymore due to the increase of traffic on the intersection. It isn’t safe !!

I have seen to much pain and suffering because of this intersection. I can think of multiple incidents which a stop light would have prevented death and severe injuries.

As a mom who travels this road a lot I think there should be a stoplight. I have seen many people almost get hit while trying to to cross the road. A stoplight would make it so much safer.

This intersection is near a school, Alum Creek Elementary and serves as a crossing point between Alum Creek/Kanawha and Alum Creek/Lincoln County areas.
