My niece now has TBI caused at this intersection. Her boyfriend unfortunately didn’t make it.

I was raised in Alum Creek and a stop light on the corridor on Both sides of the intersection would be very beneficial and it may have saved several lives if it had been done several years ago like when it was first being built but the suggestion seemed to have fallen on deaf ears since it wasn’t done and lives have been lost and injuries have occurred. PLEASE RETHINK THIS AND INSTALL TRAFFIC LIGHTS AT THE INTERSECTION(S).....

I’ve lived in alum creek my whole life and this particular spot needs a stop light!
It’s one of the most dangerous instersections.
How many more people have to die?

There are way too many wrecks at this intersection. I believe speeding, distracted driving, short turn lanes and higher population, close proximity to ever expanding Mountaineer Blvd / Walmart area and Dudley farms, and the close housing development called the Ridges around that exit are all contributors to higher number of wrecks there in recent years. And to me, more and more seem to be deadly. We need a light. I’ve saw three wrecks there myself in the last couple of weeks. SMH what else does t take to get a traffic light?

I worry about the school buses coming from Alum Creek Elementary every day and having to try to go straight across, do we want a school bus to be hit no put a light up

Our safety is a must. So many wrecks at this intersection. Lot of our Veterans attend meetings at this exit, please help protect them!

I think about how many times when I was little our school bus had to stop in the middle of that intersection just to get accross. The lights will save lives.
