The following parties petition for the positive relocation and re-integration of cirtian "politically motivated" criminals, who would better function in another culture, nation or political society , or whome thats beliefs or way of life would be more tolerated in another nation, state, or political establishment. Such a petition is not intended to necessarilly relieve criminals of their punishment, but prevent recedivism and prison overcrowding. As of right now, the current method is obsolete and proving to be a humiliating burden on behalf of the taxpayer. Rather than paroling thousands of inmates and housing these inmates, we request that the courts impose valid exiles and alternative remedies to halt crime. Many a times criminals begin committing crimes because they believe something is necessary, right, or harmless. For example , many pedaphiles are avid and zealous supporters of child love and emancipation. Some pedaphiles , well organized and some independant dissidents resort to violence, murder and rape to prove their cause. Rather than release or parole them back into a society that doesnt understand them, we should rather allow or work with them to seek refuge and assylum in spain, oman, yemen, or other nations that have no legal age of consent. CSC convictions have exclusive priority becuase statistics show that a pedaphile will not reform. Its not a bad decision on their behalf , but a conditioned culture that they truly believe in. So if they can function as law abiding and productive citizens elswhere, why not relocate them. Other cases would include "politically motivated" offenders, whome committ crimes of passion against government, state or other such groups. Why invest tax-paying dollars in useless therapy and treatment trying to reform a terrorist. Half the time many of these "pogroms" are terrorist without clear recognition. They express contempt for the state, committ open crime agianst the state, and continue to perpetrate violence, only to be released and do it agian. Rather than allowing the revolving door to go round and around, an effort should be made to seriously invest in a reasonable solution. Too much trust is being put in the psychological community to handle these problems. However, our prisoners are not mentally ill, they are rebels and progroms and dissidents who express hate by violence. They fake rehabilitation and suppress their true feelings because their not idiots. They know that if they admit their feelings that they will never get paroled. So they phasod. If an alternative exile was given in place of parole , our prisons would be for 1. Less crowded. 2. More effective. 3. More able to rehabiltate the prisoners. If we just continue to let prisoners out regardless of their feelings or hatred for our society then we are absolutely fools. In order for a functional society, we need to invest in the relocation of cirtian criminals, who as volunteers, can choose to seek assylum in luie of parole. Rather than trying to replace or rehabilitate criminals who just dont agree with the american ideology or legal system, we would be better to assist them in relocating to a prefered culture and society. By working in cooperations with consulates around the world, I believe that we can totally eliminate a future percentage on crime, aviod unneeded violence, and find a place to send our sexual and violent offenders who are willing to seek assylum and defect, rather than re-enter society and victimize someone else. This would cost little to nothing and would only require effort on behalf of our already existing DOC employees to create a open and volunteer program for political subversives to politically defect and seek assylum, with the counsel, advocacy, and assistance of a state working behind them. By offering a host of new citizens with work qualifications and training skills to under-populated nations like Russia, Spain and Yemen, we could better international relations and advance as a society and world, working together regardless of nationality race or political allegiance. For the progress of a functional and de-criminalized society, I feel that by even swapping prisoners with other nations that our more willing to accept, trade and intigrate our inmates, we could gain from their prisons individuals who appreciate american life and can function free from crime in america. While we can send to these other nations in return, participants who would rather conform to their society and can function in their political atmosphere and laws without engaging in crime. Many of times to, prior convictions are not held against defects, so prisoners who do relocate out of country would have a new opportunity for a clean life, not having a criminal record held against them in their new nation. This is a realistic and practical goal that costs nothing. but only requires time and patience on behalf of our institutions, as well as state, federal and other such approval as well as support. I Kyle B. Richards, an ex-convict, now 21 years old, who was accused of assualt while trying to take a forensics agent hostage out of fear and desperation, am the author of this petitions. I wrote this in thought of my fellow comrads and inmates whose only crime was not agreeing with american law and dissenting american principal. Many of whome dont any longer want to even reside in america and are too scared to admit it, afraid that if they dissent and speak their true feelings, that theyll lose parole. So I speak for the fearful, and represent the weak in this petition. That If such a resource was available to me, I would have used it, instead of assualt over 15 state agents and brutally attack state employed functionarys. That most our prisoners feel the same is not an understatement, many would rather leave elsewhere if they were made aware of laws and customs of other nations that suit their way of life, is very true. I hereby petition for the creation of a nationwide relocation program, to work with consulates across the globe for a intigration program never before seen in history. One of progress and social advancement, that costs nothing but time, to work with families and prisoners who are not productive here in america, and send them elsewhere. To work with consulates to increase cultural awareness and show that our nation is a free nation. History is proof to the effectiveness of international cooperation and the danger of ignoring dissidents. In the 20th century , nazi germany kept the jewish dissidents from defecting, forced them to adhere to his law and regime and gave them no way out. Thats an infringment on freedom thats happenning to our dissfranchised classes right here in america. Later it was the partisons who toppled the hitlerian regime. In our nation we have a dissfranchised minorty of pogroms, rebels, and self-proffessed revolutionaries, whome are counter-productive to american interest. These people are intentionally dissenting, fequently killing our police and responsable for outbrakes of 'individiual', unorganized violence. It is the dissfranchised class, regardless of race, but many times ethnic, that would prefer to return to their native lands, but cant afford it, or cant obtain a visa due to their record. They are counter-culturalites trapped in american society and forced to conform and thus they spread like a wildfire spurring more and more dissidents. Lets give people the opportunity to choose their place in life and lets start in the most important place of all for this matter; DOC corrections!
