Your public statements about the Buffalo Urban League are different from what is in your actual report. In the report, you refer to your examination of the Urban League as a review. In your public statements you call it an audit. In your public statements, you freely use the terms "fraud," mismanagement," and "dysfunctional," although they are not in the report.

We call on you to stop misleading the public. Tell the truth about the gap between your report and your public statements. Admit that your report was a review and not a professional audit, and that your report does not include the charges of "fraud," dysfunction," and "mismanagement."
