Everytime I go into the llc or other study centers, I consistently see nonregs taking up seats or spaces without any cadets present. I wouldn't sign this petition if it wasn't for the fact that these centers were built with corps use first to further academics.

Nothing brings more joy to me than that feeling of trying to use a study room only to find that it's been reserved by non regs. Then to walk by and see that they're watching Netflix on a larger screen than their computer's

It's is beyond frustrating to walk into the LLC with the intent of using the study rooms and open areas to work, only to find that NOTHING is availible. We were told at th beginning of the year in multiple briefs that these were our LLCs to utilize and enjoy. That we, as CADETS, had earned these amazing building with wonderful with iur time in the Corps. However, that has become, over the fall and beginning of the spring semester this year, impossible to do.

Saw an empty study room this evening and went down to reserve it but I was told they were all filled until 11 even though it was empty
