Nothing says that negotiated settlements can't be reached if we join the lawsuit. In point of fact, most lawsuits end in a negotiated settlement...

Any action whether lawsuit or otherwise is required to remedy this terrible problem.
San Diego is not a third world country and should not tolerate inaction on its and its residence behalf.

Living right by this beautiful beach it’s the saddest thing to not able to enjoy it because of sewage. Can’t let my 21 month old to feel the water in the ocean because of such crisis, it’s mind blowing...

Moved to Coronado in 1954 at age 9. Graduated from CHS in 1963. My mother (Anne W Goodbody, widow of former Coronado City Attorney Rich Goodbody) was an original owner in the Shores and lived there until she passed on in 2008. I lived in Coronado off and on until late 2017.. Now live near Palm Springs but return to Coronado frequently. Coronado is my home town, and has never had such a bad problem with sewage contamination from Mexico.. Once in a while, but usually only after storms, and most of that was from local runoff. I urge you to join this lawsuit to preserve Coronado's beautiful (and CLEAN!) beaches, in addition to completing the puzzle map of this united (yet minus one) lawsuit. Push HARD on this issue, please!!
