Dublin Airport is getting a new runway when we have a totally under used airport and runways in Cork. How many Aircoaches are going from Cork to Dublin Airport every day?

I would love to see this route reinstated asap! have family living in Berlin and allowing easy access between cities would benefit all and as pointed out, divert some air traffic from Dublin.

A disproportionate percentage of Irish air traffic is going through Dublin Airport, with the result that regional airports are losing out.

Cork needs as many international linkages as possible. Being connected to the capital city of Germany is a must for economic and tourism reasons.

Cork needs to be an international destination with access to and from Europe and beyond both. The more flight options from the airport the more people will be encouraged to travel to and from the airport.

There is a bit too much culture of "forget those that live outside the Pale" in this country. We pay our taxes too but get far inferior supports & infrastructure for our euro.

I (and some colleagues) need to travel internationally regularly with work. This becomes more difficult and expensive given the current status of the routes into and out of Cork. Given the DAA control over Cork airport was a retrograde step as we have no control over the future. Therefore, I support this initiative, as a start

I am a postdoctoral researcher at UCC, Cork. For me it is essential to have flights from Cork to other European cities including Berlin due to I am participating in different conferences and to participate in research projects in other universities and companies.

Cork is a key airport in irlande and very handy for toursist to visit the south-West of Ireland. Please, add destinations from/to Cork.
