It makes sense to be used as the football's club house rather than demolishing it or leaving it to roth... Especially if the club doesn't have a club house.

The most obvious and practical use for this facility. Corduff FC providing for Corduff kids. There are so many advantages and reasons for Corduff FC to take over this facility.
