This commercial development is gorgeous! Can't wait to have a gas station and market just off the trails on Copper Avenue. My kids and I often walk or ride our bikes along the trail and it will be nice to be able to stop in and pick up items for dinner. We are very excited!

A full grocery store would be nice but if a small gas station in required to move forward then I say do it! I trust Granville will do a great job and do what is necessary to keep the upscale living at Copper River intact.

After reading your proposed project & looking at the photos & studying the research you have presented I am fully supportive of your marketplace development. I am sorry that I already signed the previous petition of the other party before reading your research but now I have change my petition . as a close neighbor I support then gas/convenience station. i have developed for gas station operators. they are held toa much higher standard than others. they also have the( as mandated by the EPA) EVR system that captures any possible vapors. i support this.

Finally, No More dirt to look at the corner of Copper and Maple. I'm Not in Support of this Small Gas Station NOT In Support to a Small Convenience Store NO POINT. I would definitely like to see a full size Grocery Store Perhaps Like Jimbo's, Gelson's Market, Whole Foods Market and or Trader Joe's NOT A Gas Station NOT a Small Convenience Store Just brings more crime to our neighborhood. NO Point their Is plenty of Wealthy people to support it. Come On Copper River Residents. Please be on board. or check out theses stores listed above that I have gone to you will be impressed. You will be pleased.

Much needed project given growth in this area and I’m tired of driving other places to get gas. People need to not be afraid of diversifying our population here. This is not and should not be all about elitism. Gas stations do not attract homelessness; poor economic opportunity and other factors are at play. You can be homeless anywhere and occupy a public space...

This project looks good, but I would urge Granville to move forward with the planned playground and fields at the Northeast corner of Copper/Cedar in the fenced flood basin. This was originally planned prior to the market downturn, but now almost 10 years later nothing has materialized. I was told by City of Fresno about 3-4 years ago that Granville still didn't have enough funds to move forward with this. However, given all the new residents in the area, homes they have sold the past few years and this project, it seems that funds should be available now. Compared to similar large developments (i.e. Harlan Ranch, etc.) in Clovis, we only have a very small park for such a huge number of residents

You need more police if you want to do this. Copper River Road is already a NASCAR Race Track with to police. To much noise. You will get more Riff Raff, with no protection. Do not to have another Portland here. DO NOT MAKE THIS NOISY AREA.
