This is a petition to request a special meeting to allow the members of the Copley Farms Community to vote of the following changes to the ARC Guidelines/Covenant:
Allow for sheds/buildings.
Fencing for the townhouses.
Allow for red mulch and rubber mulch pellets in black/brown/red.
Allow for pine bark/hardwood mulch (not triple-shredded).
Allow for commercial trucks pickups/vans/cars.
Allow up to 5 potted plants. Additional requires approval.

I have been hearing from so many of you about how frustrating these outdated rules have become for our daily lives. I am currently putting together a formal request to the board so they can see exactly how many neighbors are asking for these common sense updates.

Seeing this level of support confirms that so many of my neighbors want the same updates to our community rules. It feels like we finally have the momentum needed to get management to sit down and listen to our requests.

About time we got some common sense rules for the townhomes. Really need that fence.
Thank you for putting this together. Getting pretty fed up with the strict guidelines.
Yes please!! Tired of being told my mulch choice is a violation. Let us just take care of our own homes.
