I don't understand why all of us should be fighting for this when it should already be happening if it was any other person they would be in jail. Cops are the same as every other person!

Yes!! The officer deserves to rot in a jail cell. Marcus was such an amazing person and didn't deserve to have this happen to him! We all love you Marcus.

No he shouldn't get locked up. He was doing nothing wrong. The kid came out of no where & crossed the street when he wasn't supposed to. Complete accident! Obviously it's very sad that the boy died & my prayers are with his family and friends but this cop should not get locked up. Why ruin his life too for something that was a complete accident? It wasn't his fault. Cop or not!!

He should go to jail, it 100% sucks that Marcus was killed, but accidents happen. If this wasn't a cop and it was an accident then I'd feel the same way. My decision will be completely different if the cop was drunk or purposely hit him. But this cop killed a kid and he has to live with that for the rest of his life
