My Sales tax dollars help pay for the City of Boulder Parks and Recreation Dept. and I believe Coot Lake should remain entirely with the option of Voice and Sight dog control.

Not only was the new wire barrier that prevents dogs from going down into the wetlands just installed in mid-Oct, but there is NO signage informing visitors that their dogs should not go down there. Making any part of the path around Coot Lake Leash-only is too extreme a measure to take before all other reasonable measures are taken and given time to become effective.
