The benefits of mountain biking as a cross fitness aide for all sports is slowly being recognised. This development has the capability of helping all sports throughout teh country. And it's great fun.

More and more people are becoming aware of the natural beauty and for outdoor activities in the North West. From sea kayaking to mountain biking this area has great potential. It is good to see Ireland catch up with other European countries in developing adventure tourism. Coolaney National Bike Park would be a major step in this direction. Well done to all concerned and keep up the good work.
