I lived in A C for sevetal years with many happy memories. Seeing one of the buildings in such sad shaoe is truly heart breaking. Do the right thing and doze it and dispose of it properly.

We recently commented that this was a most unfortunate state of affairs for Alexis Creek. It is definitely past due to be demolished.

It is the fire risk that concerns us the most, could wipe out downtown Alexis Creek.

Buildings are a health and safety concern. Plus it’s an eyesore

It’s looked terrible for years and is falling to bits! It’s dangerous, ugly and needs to go! Great idea to demolish it. Not sure who will pay, but what happened to the original owners? They should have dealt with it. Does the government really want $66,000 for that?! Maybe whoever demolishes should get it for free?

Not only is this a safety risk but an eye sore.

Thank God someone is taking initiative to address this. It has been a highway 20 eyesore for years. Not living in Alexis Creek I never thought of the safety issues. For sure all mentioned in the petition would be a huge concern for the residents living there.
