I also think that Manchester United were robbed last week against Liverpool- the 5-0 result was too close to call it, so I’m starting a petition for a rematch because Manchester should have won in my opinion (which is the only one I care about)

Glenda we would all love these buildings to stay, but trying to get us to remortgage our houses for a crumbling wreck is insanity. Also my father grew up a few doors down and he said that Sidney Foulkes didn't design it a company from Manchester did for the chap who lived there an engineer I believe.

Glenda if you’re so sure please provide evidence of the fact that it was deigned by Foulkes- otherwise you are merely wasting people’s time and money- and you could have bought it yourself if you wanted- it has been on the market for nearly two years and nobody wants it!! It is derelict and falling down on its own. You need to get a better hobby than this you’re wasting your life away :)

Too many construction companies dictating for flats. we need to preserve these buildings as in the future people will wanna know what was built....Buckingham palace wont be knocked down into flats....the queen has loads of homes dont she.....she only needs 1 0r 2.....get real

The demolition of this property would be a travesty and the council needs to understand the importance of art deco architecture in this area.

Our heritage must be protected …. Or we won’t have anything left this house was built by Sidney Colwyn Foulkes a renown Welsh architect in 1939 and is on Coflein .
