What a stunning example of Art Deco architecture. This home may not be hundreds of years old, but by preserving it now, it will be. I can see this building being admired for centuries to com.

This commitment from Historic Scotland should apply to us all. We will work towards zero waste operations, in which we maintain, repair, upgrade, repurpose, reuse and recycle everything we use in a continual loop.

These important buildings should be protected. Have lessons from the 60's and 70's not been learnt, when so many were lost. Future generations will live to regret these losses

Please preserve this important classic example of Art Deco architecture.
This iconic building cannot be demolished it would be a travesty. So many from that era are already lost.
It would be a crime to demolish this wonderful building, who ever the architect was!
Must be saved!

Please save this wonderful building. This places should treasured. Convert them if you must but don't destroy something that can't be replaced.
The destruction of this building by an acclaimed Welsh architect should not be permitted.
The art deco elements in Colwyn and Rhos are an important part of the history and feel of the towns. They should be protected.
