I agree to the fullest. It was premeditated. A child that age has no defenses to what is going to happen and for a father to intentionally do that to his helpless child deserves to be burned himself and buried alive. There is nothing like the pain of being burned other than drowning and this little girl felt that. It is sickening!

2nd degree murder has no comparison to what he did to that beautiful helpless baby. He should get the death penalty but if we had to choose Murder in the 1st would have to do.
