Throw the book at this child killer. He obviously planned to kill her. Look at the message he left his wife he pretty much admitted that he was going to kill her. Ugh.
And then to have a wig and a book on how to get away is given it away that he planned all this..
That poor baby deserved to live and deserves justice. Her father failed to protect her the rest of this world should not fail her again.
