This is such an atrocious act committed by a creature that has no soul or any fiber of humanity in it. It should never see the light of day again. This is absolutely horrifying and my heart goes out to that poor baby girl and her family that grieves for her. But that monster, he needs to pay for his heartless, selfish, evil act.

Any child murder should fall under NYS special circumstances. No child should ever deliberately die by the hands of an adult. May the unnecessary death of baby Maddox lead a path for justice to all children murdered by any adult. Her death was indeed premeditated. Was she tortured? We will never knew what he did to her before she took her last breath. Autopsy can provide proof of any physical tortures but not mental and emotional torture.
