I fully support this petition, but if it's going to be a legitimate petition it should have the right terminology. Conviction is absolutely 100% percent up to the jury. What I think the maker of the petition is trying to say is he wants him CHARGED with 1st degree murder. He can be charged with 1st degree murder and still be found guilty of 2nd degree if that's what the jury decides. Again, I'm all for this petition I just believe the right terminology should be used.
