Good health is important, not only personally, but it impacts professional work as well.
LUX dynamics began a Healthier LUX initiative in 2020 that was widely adopted by the office employees. Further weight loss incentive programs were created and pursued by different groups within the company. We have been afforded an opportunity to really embrace this new trajectory within our company culture, by leveraging newly-opened floor space for employee - and company - benefit.
We the undersigned propose converting a portion of the existing warehouse and storage space into a fitness center for the use of LUX dynamics personnel and associates.

would love to be able to squeeze in a lunch workout instead of driving all the way to the gym across town. way better for the schedule.
