Surely doors widened, lifts and ramps would be part of making any collage accessible for all or indeed any workplace accessible and inclusive to all.

Instead of always cutting services for the counties special children we should be doing all we can to make life for them as good as its possible we need SEN college

It depends on the nature of the special needs they are planning to cater for - I seem to remember there are a lot of stairs and narrow corridors there. Not sure how wheelchair friendly it would be
