About time something was done with this old service station, a perfect idea and I will visit for sure to show of my Harley, wake up and smell the roses vic roads.

In a climate were small businesses are closing down, we should suport the ones starting up expecially automotive businesses. No matter how tough times are enthusiasts are always keeping the scene buzzing. always busy

David Cordy and I (both Gisborne residents at the time) presented this exact concept to the Macedon Ranges Shire in a formal proposal back in 1998 would you believe. It was to be a typical American Style Roadside Diner based on "Rosie's Diner" on Route 66, we were going to purchase the property but due to Vic Roads insisting they would never provide an entry from the freeway we canned the project. Maybe attitudes in Vic Roads have changed over time. I wish you every success in your endeavours, keep me in the loop and If I can assist in anyway please let me know.
