The Club members are all mature adults and consist of many members whom live locally in the surrounding areas whom take pride in their vehicles and enjoy meeting with like minded people . I have grown up in the local community and have seen the location of our club house in its previous forms of business as I have travelled along the Cslder hwy with my family and then on my own as an adult on the way to Zbenfigo . The club house will not form a Saftey hazard as it has not in the past and should therefore not go so in the present . It is also located next to a growing housing establishment and would also therefor be another facility for the nearby residents to attend and my also become mbets . Once again The members of Route 66 car and bike club are mature and responsible people whom take pride in their vehicles an and will also bring and encourage tourism to your local areas and towns . Thank you . Joe.

Given that the block had been vacant for so long and now their is an opportunity to build a cafe dinner will be a blessing, where all members and passers by can enjoy a family outing and a relaxing day out . IF YOU BUILD IT THEY WILL COME

We as a family including our two daughters would love a cafe / clubhouse in the ideal position where proposed. We are in Lancefield and enjoy a drive in our classic cars on most weekends.

Obviously years ago this establishment was business of some sort I can't see what the problem is in turning it into a car club meeting point provided it has ample parking and the building is to council standard . It's sad to think that you can privately own a property and face so many hurdles to establish a place that will be nothing but good for the community a place you can take your family and involve your kids and meet like minded people

The roadhouse cafe will be a place where I can take my children for a nice Sunday cruise and grab a bite to eat.
