Speaker Boehner repeated many times on Sunday October 6 that he would like to have "conversations" with President Obama to resolve the government shutdown and debt ceiling crises. We the People have the right to witness those conversations broadcast by C-Span. During those public discussions, Congress must remain in session (listening), and produce an affirmative vote on the decisive outcome of those public conversations.
