Every major democracy has convened Parliament in this crisis except India. Modi govt has been ruling by decree in a pandemic, a migrant crisis, amidst starvation, & a conflict on our borders. The Opposition & the people needs answers & accountability.

Parliament to be commenced immediately. There is absolutely no rule of law in these 3-4 months. Virtually local police stations and district health officers are running the country.
