Control the mosquitos in new developed community around Kizell pond

Please help to solve this mosquito problem.
In addition to mosquito, there is also bad smell in kizell pond area in summer night especially if no wind.
The environment issues in those areas need to be taken seriously consideration.

The city's support on this initiative would be greatly appreciated - in particular for the streets backing onto the forest and pond areas. For the past 3 years there has been a serious mosquito problem in this area. Just a few streets outside of the Kizell Pond area the problem goes away. It is so bad at all times of day that you physically cannot go outside.
