We the fans of the Zydeco Nation are grateful for the joyous opportunity that comes to us each year at the Portland Waterfront Blues Festival Front Porch Zydeco Stage. This event gathers hundreds of people from all over the country who come to the Riverfront for the sole purpose of listening and dancing to zydeco and Cajun music. Many of these people stay the entire visit on the 'other side' of the festival grounds on the dance floor and without the Swamp Romp event would not attend. We ask you to continue to support a diverse line up of local, regional and national zydeco and Cajun entertainment and keep this rich heritage alive. As the Oregonian said; 'the party is on the other side of the bridge'. Et Toi! Allons Danser!
