Yes please. We still have to collect leaves to stop street flooding. What are we supposed to do with them?

We have yet to get the full impact of leaf fall from both our own trees and those in our road. If we don't clear them, the drains in our road get blocked and our road turns into a river in minutes in downpours. No damage as yet but the potential is scarily evident! Where are we to dispose of these leaves?? In our black bags??

November is the main month for fallen leaves, prunings etc. Gardening does not stop at the end of October!

We live next to the brook, a very leafy area, consequently we need to clear broken branches, twigs and leaves from our garden most of the year round and need our green bin emptied regularly without a break during the year.
