The football program and the UAB Marching Blazers meant so much to me during my time at UAB. I cherish my memories from that time, and it breaks my heart to think that other students may not get that experience.

What a shame it would be for UAB football to end on your watch, President Watts. The UAB family would always remember you as the president who killed an amazing part the UAB experience and negated the amazing progress that's been made over the past several years. Apparently "ever faithful, ever loyal" doesn't apply to you?

This is not only the end of a football program, but the end of a band program that allows many music students learn about leadership and ambassadorship.
