Alabama BOT is a "good ole boy" system that only wants to fatten the Roll Tide bandwagon. If any threat, UAB, rises up, the BOT is instructed to hammer down in order to keep the flagship in the limelight. Sickening.

There is no need to get rid of a football team who is starting on the upstroke of success. We already terminated our only nationally ranked team years ago in 2007, which was our synchronized swimming team. Please do not let some individual who is a head hunter come into our community and culture to cut costs who has never been a student or actively involved in the university to make sweeping changes. Dr. Watts, you are not UAB. We are. We have been here and will always be here, we are UAB. Go Big Green or Go Home.

Our daughter earned two degrees from UAB. She was a member of the marching band, symphonic band and pep band. We went to all the home games for football and basketball. We believe in the UAB football programs. We want to see UAB freed to be able to continue the programs. GO BLAZERS!!!!!

The BOT has no right to take from one and give to the other. If they want to end UAB football they should end UA Tuscaloosa Football
We need on campus stadium.
