Final supporters
We photographers using Polaroid Originals Spectra film are petitioning the company to reconsider the discontinuation of the Spectra film line. Many of us understand the reason why the film is being discontinued. We, ourselves, have experienced several camera's with jamming issues. However, we feel the company should help get the real information out that Polaroid Spectra 1200 series, as well as, the ProCam has had consistent success with the current line of Polaroid Originals Spectra film. Instead of discontinuing production because of jamming issues inform your consumers of the more reliable equipment that utilizes your product.
Many photographers and resellers have attested to the 1200 and ProCam series being successful units that process the film with little to no issue. As an advocate for the film and brand, perhaps Polaroid Originals should take an alternate look at their marketing strategy for the film. If the company had informed it's consumers about the models that were effective, less people would complain.
The undersigned are passionate about their experiences with Spectra and are committed to continue to purchase the product for the uniqueness of the accessories, format, and the integral film itself.

I have been buying and using Spectra film. Why not still do periodic runs and sell it w/out warranty? Why announce that you're killing it altogether? In any case—if Spectra is truly dead, I'm off to Instax Wide. Aspect ratio and focal length matter.
If the cameras are the problem, it would be amazing to see Polaroid Originals launch a crowdfunding campaign to build a new design of camera to accept Spectra format film. I for one would pledge.
I'm a big fan of Spectra film and use it for many projects. Although it has issues with the jammings, there are known workarounds PLUS cameras like the Procam and Macro 5 SLR that generally don't have problems. Please re-consider!
Very well said in the petition text. Three of my Spectra cameras work fine with recent film: Spectra SE, ProCam and Macro 5 SLR. And it would be a shame not to be able to shoot with these awesome cameras anymore... PO, please reconsider.
Keep Spectra film in production! Most instant shooters I know fully understand and accept the occasional malfunction. It comes with the medium. Let finicky prospective buyers know the risks before purchasing but don't punish everyone for their possible complaints!!

I only shoot Spectra format and I am not interested in 600 or any other type of instant film. Please do not discontinue Spectra format - I don't mind eventual jamming issues (my ProCam never jams anyway).
