When a political party can put the finger on the scale of our electoral process, our democracy is threatened. Tyranny under the guise of wearing democratic clothing and speaking the language of liberty is still tyranny. Every effort to aid and abet a fair and transparent democratic process must be challenged or else the values we hold true are betrayed. Are we a sham democracy? I hope not.
