I buy loads of organic produce each week during my 3 to 4 visits to different food stores. I'm looking for food that is closest to the Garden of Eden—grown from the soil up and with no chemicals. Please keep it in the soil. Thanks. God will Bless those who know Him and take good care of His people.

We depend on USDA Organic to mean something. Do not let this certification become diluted and meaningless.

Oranic is all about developing the soil. Therefore plants fed only a liquid fertilizer diet do not have the benefit of growing in fertile soil and breaking down the soil with their enzimes to consume the valuable micronutrients that benefit me when I consume them.

plants need to grow in organic soil to be as healthy as possible and to keep us as healthy as possible. This is the way our creator has designed it, and this is the perfect way. After millennia of messing things up, humankind should have realised that we cannot improve on God's design!

Organic means I'm supporting sustainable agriculture within an ecology of living soil. Hydroponic is the opposite. Organic does not reside in only the product, but in the process whereby it is created.

I buy organic produce because I want to feed my family the healthiest food possible. I believe that plants need to be grown in the soil where they have evolved to be healthy and provide us with the nutrients we need.

I am concerned about a weak organic standard that lets produce be grown in plastic pipes without the microbial communities in healthy soil that plants naturally rely upon.

GMO's are by no means organic and do not follow the guidelines or definition set by the NOP. Keep them out of certified organic foods!! There has been insufficent reseach, especialy on a long term basis, regarding the safety and effects of GMO foods.
